Where Danielle’s Boutique stock in not held in one location some of the delivery times and price of postage may vary. This all depends on the item you are buying.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a fault (which are extremely rare 0.001%) Any claims of damages or shortages must be made in writing to our contact us page or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot accept returns if:
-Item was shipped in perfect condition and in accordance with your instructions.
-Styles have been discontinued or sold out.
-Items is soiled or otherwise unsaleable
-Items is not in original unbroken packaging as shipped
-item as been worn or used
-Underwear does not have health sealant in same place as shipped
Damaged Parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with Sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering. Please go to our contact page to ask us any information on the product in question.
Masquerade Girl Ltd Clothing
All Masquerade Girl collection is exchange of size only in the bandage collection. This ONLY includes dresses, two pieces and velour tracksuits.
The Bikini are hand-made to the size chart given. These bikinis are no refundable or exchangeable.
Most of the collection has hand-sewn embellishment on the garment. Some may fall off due to. This is not a fault as spare thread and beading comes with your purchases. Due to this you will not be granted for a refund.
Sex Toy Purchases
Unwanted goods will only be accepted for a refund subject to the following conditions:
– The goods must be unused
– The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
– The good must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Faulty goods – We operate a one year returns policy for faulty goods. Please send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, the desired outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.
